Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of K9 Bulletin, a service operated by K9 Bulletin LLC. By using the service or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms and the Posting Rules.

Advertising marketplace role

K9 Bulletin LLC provides digital advertising space where users can publish and discover dog and dog-service listings. K9 Bulletin LLC is not the breeder, seller, buyer, veterinarian, groomer, transporter, registry, laboratory, licensing authority, or party to transactions arranged between users.

Advertiser responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, availability, pricing, claims, photos, communications, and other content they publish, and for complying with laws and professional or licensing requirements that apply to them. You must have the right to publish submitted text and images.

No certification or endorsement

K9 Bulletin LLC does not independently certify, endorse, or guarantee advertisers, businesses, dogs, puppies, identity, qualifications, health or genetic testing, veterinary information, registration, pedigree, licensing, credentials, availability, quality, legality, safety, or transaction outcomes. Account-status indicators such as email confirmation or membership age describe only the account status shown and are not endorsements of the member or their claims. Users should independently confirm information that matters to their decision.

Moderation

We may investigate reports and remove, suspend, restrict, expire, or decline content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce our rules, protect users, comply with law, or protect the service. Moderation does not constitute certification or approval of a listing or advertiser.

Transactions and disputes

K9 Bulletin LLC does not handle or control agreements made directly between marketplace users unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise. Users are responsible for agreeing on payment, deposits, refunds, contracts, pickup, delivery, breeding terms, veterinary services, and other transaction details. Disputes between users are primarily between those users, subject to applicable law.

Listing fees and payments

Standard listings are free to post and renew. Puppy listings expire after 30 days, and stud and business listings after 90 days unless renewed. Expired listings are hidden publicly and kept in your account with their photos for free reactivation. Optional Premium fees purchase enhanced placement on K9 Bulletin, rather than a dog or a service advertised by another member. The selected Premium term and final price are shown before payment. Premium time is separate from listing availability. When Premium ends, a current listing returns to free Standard. All listings require periodic free renewal to confirm availability. Stripe processes payments. K9 Bulletin does not collect or store full card numbers, card security codes, or bank-account numbers.

All sales of digital listing services are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by K9 Bulletin Support. Pausing, marking a listing unavailable, or deleting it does not automatically refund a completed payment. Contact Support about a payment problem.

Optional auto-renewal

Premium auto-renewal is off unless you choose a renewal term and complete the recurring-payment setup in Stripe Checkout. Checkout shows the recurring price and first charge date. Your existing paid time is retained; the first renewal charge is scheduled after that period ends. The selected renewal plan takes effect with the next successful paid renewal.

You can turn auto-renewal off in My Account without deleting your listing or losing its remaining paid time. Deleting a listing through My Account or admin listing management cancels future renewals before deletion completes. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, the listing is kept so cancellation can be retried. Pausing or marking a listing unavailable does not turn off auto-renewal; use its separate Turn off auto-renewal control.

A failed renewal payment does not extend Premium placement. The Standard listing remains free. Turning off auto-renewal stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a charge already completed.

Service availability

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, K9 Bulletin is provided without guarantees that the service will always be available or error-free.

Updates

These Terms may be updated as K9 Bulletin changes or adds features. Material changes should be reflected here before the affected feature is offered publicly.
