Information users provide
This can include account information, listing content, photos, location information, contact details, business information, messages, and information submitted in reports or support communications.
Information K9 Bulletin does not request for listing certification
K9 Bulletin LLC does not operate a document-based seller, breeder, dog, health-testing, registration, licensing, or professional-credential certification program. Do not send sensitive identity documents, veterinary records, registration papers, licenses, or similar documents unless K9 Bulletin specifically requests information for a separate support, safety, or legal purpose.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the service, display listings and public profiles, provide location-based search, deliver messages, manage accounts, prevent abuse, review reports, communicate about listings or service changes, and comply with legal obligations.
Public information
Information intentionally included in a public listing or public member profile may be visible to visitors. Posters should avoid publishing sensitive personal information they do not want displayed publicly. Private account-security information and private K9 Support identifiers are not intended for public profiles.
Service providers
K9 Bulletin LLC may use infrastructure and service providers to host the website, database, images, authentication, email, analytics, payments, or other features. Providers receive information as necessary to perform those services.
Payments
Stripe processes listing payments and optional recurring renewals through its checkout. Payment details are entered with Stripe. K9 Bulletin does not collect or store full card numbers, card security codes, or bank-account numbers.
We keep records needed to manage your purchase, including the account and listing associated with an order, amount, currency, selected term and plan, payment status, and Stripe checkout, payment, invoice, or subscription identifiers. Authorized staff can review refund and dispute amounts, statuses, reasons, deadlines, and support notes. These records help reconcile payments, manage renewals, and resolve payment problems. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy practices.
Retention and choices
Information may be retained as needed to operate the service, maintain safety and moderation records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by the type of information and applicable requirements.
Updates
This notice should be updated when K9 Bulletin adds or materially changes data practices, service providers, analytics, payments, cookies, or other features that affect how personal information is handled.
